Our gift cards are the perfect and easiest gift solution. They are easy to buy, completely secure and a snap to redeem. Super convenient! The recipient will receive an emailed digital version of the gift card and code which can be used immediately online on any product. Shipping costs are not covered by the gift card.

Buying a gift card: What are the common scenarios?

a) “I’d like to buy the gift card as a gift and have the gift card emailed to the recipient”

Fill in the recipient’s name and details in the form. When you take your order through the checkout, you will need to enter your details as you are making the payment.

 

b) “The gift card is for my use only”

Select the value of the card you would like

Under “gift card details” simply fill out your details

Complete check out with your details

Can I include a personal message to the recipient?

Yes! Simply enter your personal text in the field indicated “message” (optional). This will appear in the recipient’s email.


What happens after I purchase the gift card?

After you have placed your order for an email voucher, an email will be sent to the recipient by following business day. This has all the information they need to begin purchasing on our website immediately.


I haven’t received my gift card yet. Why is there a delay?

Some gift card emails are received instantly, but others can be delayed slightly by our payment authentication process. This process occurs to protect cardholders and will be resolved by next business day. If you haven’t received the email by then, please contact our support staff.

Can I order other items at the same time as ordering a gift card?

If you are sending the gift card to a friend’s shipping address, all items in the order will go to that address. So if you’re shopping for yourself at the same time, it’s better to create a new order for your own purchases.

How can I purchase multiple gift cards at once?

If they’re going to the same recipient, this is fine. Where multiple gift cards are being emailed to multiple recipients, you will need to place a separate order for each gift card.

How many gift cards can I buy in one order?

You can purchase as many gift cards as you like.

Do I need to use my gift card in one transaction or can I use it over multiple transactions?

If you don’t use the full amount of your gift card in your first transaction, you can always use the remaining balance in any future purchases.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

You can check your remaining balance of your gift card at any time. Simply log into your account and click view it under the “Dashboard/Gift Card” section.

Can I top up the balance of my gift card?

No. Gift cards are sold on a one-use only basis. A new gift card will be needed for further purchases.

Do I need to keep my gift card after placing an Online order?

Yes! Please ensure you keep the gift card until your order is received by you or the recipient. If your order is cancelled, for example due to product deletion, the funds will be automatically credited back onto your gift card. If you use your card balance for a store purchase, please advise the sales assistant that you will need the card back for online purchasing.
